Meet the Attorney

Clarissa M. Banks

Biography:

Ms. Banks was born and raised in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and relocated to Morgantown in 2006. She graduated with a B.A. in Biology from WVU in 2010 and received her Juris Doctor from the WVU College of Law in 2013.

Upon graduating law school, Ms. Banks began her career performing title work regarding oil and gas ownership.  She found her passion for helping people navigate the legal system while working for Manchin Injury Law, where she began her practice in the areas of family law, abuse and neglect law, and criminal law.

Ms. Banks primarily practices in the areas of family law, abuse and neglect law, and criminal law.  Ms. Banks has tried many cases in these areas and has been successful in these matters and in appeals drafted to the West Virginia Supreme Court.   

Currently, Ms. Banks resides with her husband and daughter in Morgantown. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as watching Mountaineer football and basketball games.
